This is the company&#8217;s first dedicated senior media hire following strong growth and rising demand from brands wishing to reach their executive‑level audience.</p> <h2><strong>The Company</strong></h2> <p>Our client is a corporate membership organisation that own a multi‑platform media portfolio including chart-topping podcasts, events, round tables, webinars and content hubs. With consistent year‑on‑year growth and a loyal executive‑level audience, the business is recognised as a respected voice in the leadership, finance, technology and entrepreneurship space. Backed by established industry figures and supported by a strong commercial team, the company is expanding its media division to meet the increasing demand for high‑quality B2B advertising and sponsorship opportunities.</p> <h2><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h2> <p>This is a commercially‑focused media sales role selling cross‑channel advertising, sponsorship and content partnerships to B2B and premium B2C brands. You&#8217;ll engage with marketing directors, media buyers and agency partners, positioning integrated campaigns that leverage the organisation&#8217;s influence and reach. This successful applicant will be responsible for scaling media revenue, as the first dedicated hire in this division. In future you will be responsible for building a team of people that can sell in this division alongside them.</p> <h2><strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Selling advertising, sponsorship and media partnerships across digital, print and events</li> <li>Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close</li> <li>Building relationships with marketing leads, media buyers and agency partners</li> <li>Creating bespoke cross‑platform campaign solutions</li> <li>Growing revenue across a portfolio of high‑value clients</li> <li>Working with editorial and events teams to deliver impactful campaigns</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For</strong></h2> <p><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years in commercial media sales</li> <li>Experience selling advertising, sponsorship or content partnerships</li> <li>Exposure to B2B audiences is highly desirable</li> <li>Able to sell into marketing and media‑buying functions</li> <li>Experience of, or potential to become a divisional leader</li> </ul> <p><strong>Character:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commercially sharp, credible and engaging</li> <li>Strong listener and consultative approach</li> <li>Confident in presenting multi‑channel solutions</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Package</strong></h2> <ul> <li>£65,000-£70,000 basic salary</li> <li>Double OTE</li> <li>25 days holiday + bank holidays</li> <li>Pension</li> <li>London‑based office (3 days per week)</li> </ul> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/TG9uZG9uNC43OTA5Mi4xMzEwOEBibXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif"></p>
