<strong>Bench Joiner</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Kettering <br><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm<br><strong>Pay:</strong> £14-£16, depending on experience<br><br>We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery and have experience manufacturing timber windows from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><br>As a Bench Joiner, you'll be responsible for building bespoke timber windows, door etc from scratch, managing each project from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on your own projects throughout the week, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.<br><br><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong><br><br><ul><li>Manufacturing bespoke timber windows from start to finish.<br><br></li><ul><li>Working from technical drawings and specifications.<br><br></li><li>Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.<br><br></li><li>Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.<br><br></li><li>Keeping your work area clean and organised.<br><br></li><li>Working independently while contributing to a skilled workshop team.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>What We're Looking For</strong><br><br><ul><li>3–5 years' bench joinery experience.<br><br></li><ul><li>Proven experience manufacturing timber windows or similar bespoke joinery.<br><br></li><li>Ability to work independently and produce high-quality finished products.<br><br></li><li>Excellent attention to detail.<br><br></li><li>Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Working Hours & Benefits</strong><br><br><ul><li>30-minute paid lunch break<br><br></li><ul><li>Paid morning break (taken when workload allows)<br><br></li><li>Competitive pay based on experience<br><br></li><li>Supportive and professional working environment<br><br></li><li>On-going work <br><br></li></ul></ul>If you're an experienced Bench Joiner looking for your next opportunity, click apply or call 01536216194
