The Role:

We’re looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join a company within the fintech industry with exceptional coding skills and the drive to make a significant impact. You will join a team of engineers collaborating to build high-performance products in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a global real-time trading platform: design scalable, secure, high-performance systems

• Innovate continuously: trial new technologies, automate processes, and champion engineering best practices

• Collaborate across Product, Operations, and QA to convert business requirements into powerful technical solutions

• Own reliability: ensure systems perform flawlessly under pressure, optimise performance, and troubleshoot issues

• Contribute to agile processes, including sprint planning and CI/CD pipelines

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews that uphold engineering excellence

• Respond to critical technical issues (including P1 incidents) and drive long-term solutions

• Leverage AI tools and techniques to increase engineering productivity

Mandatory Technical Skill Set

• Experience with C#/.NET Framework, including multithreading and parallel programming

• Experience in modern JavaScript (React, TypeScript, WebPack) and trading blotter grids

• Proficiency with profiling tools
