TPF Recruitment are delighted to support a leading Top 100 UK audit, tax and advisory firm in their search for a Company Secretarial, Manager to join their expanding London team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key leadership role within a prestigious professional services firm, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. You’ll take ownership of the Company Secretarial function, drive growth nationally and provide strategic support to the firm’s leadership team.
The successful candidate will be strong technically, actively business develop the firms CoSec services and be excellent at winning work.
Requirements
As a Company Secretarial Manager, you’ll lead and develop the Company Secretarial department, ensuring compliance excellence while driving profitability and growth. You’ll also provide internal support to the firm’s UK entities, acting as the go-to expert for all Company Secretarial matters.
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Manager with strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
ICSA qualification, QBE or professional accountancy background.
Solid experience managing a Company Secretarial client portfolio.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and related compliance.
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness with proven budget and billing management.
Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Company Secretarial software.
