About the Role

Job Description: Market Website Support Owner SPOC for 58 markets: - Answering all website questions of 58 markets  Market support:  - Monitor Jira tickets created by markets (bugs, support, request new/updating master pages) follow up and handling tasks - Either help markets by ourselves or outsource task to an Agency (create Jira ticket, brief Agency, check/test and follow up) - Request for new master pages, updating or adjustments by the markets: briefing of the product owner  Master content roll out to the market websites: - Briefing of the markets - Create tasks for the markets (Jira tickets) & follow up - Check if markets need support from Market Website Support Owner or Agency with localization  Training of the markets on the CMS: - Train new market colleagues/working students - Give on regular basis refreshment trainings to all markets - Set up new trainings when needed (e.g. new functionalities or components) and train the markets - Updating training material  On boarding: - New market colleagues/working students to processes & systems - Account creation  Updating Confluence NEO Content Operation library for the markets
