About the Role
Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Child Life Zone Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 20 Summary: The Zone Associate Broadcast Producer is responsible for executing the overall plan and purpose of the hospital's broadcast studio, as established and directed by the Broadcast Studio Producer. This role is central to creating and delivering high-quality broadcast content, with a primary focus on the patient and family experience. The Associate Producer will be deeply involved in all three phases of production—pre-production, production, and post-production—ensuring the highest possible production value in every program and project. A key responsibility is to understand the synergy between the broadcast station (CLZ-TV) and the medical center, ensuring all content supports a positive, therapeutic, and engaging environment for patients and their families. Experience 2 years of professional experience in television production, broadcasting, or a similar media role. Demonstrated proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro) and a strong understanding of broadcast equipment, including switchers, cameras, and audio boards. A strong portfolio or reel showcasing a range of production skills, from camera operation to post-production.
