Joining the London office, you'll inherit an established portfolio while being encouraged to develop your own book through referrals, existing relationships and new business. You'll work with business owners and senior decision-makers, providing trusted advice across a broad range of Commercial Insurance risks and building long-term partnerships based on service and expertise.

This isn't a role where progression is based on time served. The platform already exists. The opportunity to lead is there for the individual who can demonstrate commercial success, develop meaningful client relationships and make a lasting impact on the business.

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Senior Account Executive, Associate Director or Commercial Insurance Broker.
• A successful track record of developing and growing commercial client relationships.
• Strong business development skills and a consultative, relationship-led approach.
