Your ImpactThe Vice President, Professional Service Delivery America will lead the implementation of projects for OpenText software solutions for both North and South AmericaReporting to Senior Vice President of Professional Services and serving as an integral member of the senior leadership team, this vice president will manage the projects in the Americas , develop the project management policies, manage customer escalations, integrate into the sales bid process/review, and perform revenue and margin forecasting. The position will be front facing with the customers for projects being implemented with OpenText resources.The Vice President, Professional Services Delivery will be a hands-on senior leader who can provide counsel to the Senior Vice President of Professional Services, manage multiple projects and customers, lead program managers and, develop compelling thought leadership and implement new methods of making OpenText world class in Professional Services.
