SALES ASSISTANT

You Will:

• Assist the Sales Team Leader in ascertaining the client's wants and needs
• Gather all information regarding the client(s), their wants, needs, and trade-in information
• Input information into Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software
• Demonstrate enthusiastically and accurately the vehicle that fills the clients wants and needs through an accompanied test drive
• Answer all product related questions
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure they are receiving the information they need to make an informed decision
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure they are enjoying their vehicle and build a long-lasting relationship
• Assist in marketing the Sales Team to build a growing client base
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed daily

You Have:

• Customer Service experience
• Previous retail sales experience
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of achievement in workplace or school
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• Continuous education through on-site training will be provided
• A desire to work in the car/automotive industry and some knowledge about the industry
• Self-directed self-improvement is encouraged and recommended
