Enter and maintain accurate data in operational systems. Track and trace export files and provide shipping updates. Send documentation and shipping notices to customers and overseas partners. Arrange international shipments and meet customer service expectations. Maintain strong relationships with carriers, truckers, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations at all times. Resolve issues proactively and escalate when necessary. Handle customer and vendor billing accurately and on time. Profiel 12 months of experience in export operations (or equivalent). Knowledge of ocean export documentation. Strong communicator with excellent skills. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems. Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus. Hazardous Materials certification is preferred but not required.
