<p>We are partnering with a highly respected sustainability and engineering consultancy to recruit a talented <strong>Building Physics Engineer</strong> for their growing Swindon team.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<p>As a Building Physics Engineer, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out dynamic thermal modelling and environmental analysis using <strong>IES VE</strong></li>
<li>Support the delivery of <strong>Net Zero Carbon</strong> and operational energy strategies</li>
<li>Provide guidance on compliance with <strong>Part L</strong>, <strong>Part O</strong>, <strong>TM52/TM59</strong>, <strong>EPCs</strong>, <strong>TM54/NABERS</strong>, and <strong>Passive House</strong> standards</li>
<li>Contribute to sustainability assessments and modelling for <strong>BREEAM</strong> credits</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to influence sustainable design decisions</li>
<li>Produce technical reports and analysis to support planning and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Stay up to date with industry legislation, standards, and emerging best practices</li>
</ul>

<h3>About You</h3>
<p>To be considered, you should have:</p>
<ul>
<li>A degree in Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline</li>
<li>Around 2-4 years’ experience within building physics or sustainability consultancy</li>
<li>Strong experience using <strong>IES VE</strong> software</li>
<li>A solid understanding of sustainable building design and building performance analysis</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>A genuine passion for sustainability and low-carbon design</li>
