Transport Planner

Are you a transport planner looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience of South West planning? Can you work in Avonmouth? Supporting the senior management team you’ll be responsible for the following: -Assist in management and utilisation of the haulage fleet including subcontractors -Advance planning of the routes for all vehicles and contacting customers regarding timings -Provide drivers with important routing information and site specific instructions -Re-routing drivers as and when required quickly and efficiently. -Tracking drivers progress and update client when required or requested. -Provide information regarding incoming and out going material -Assist with accident investigation and reporting
