Our employee’s tenure says it all! Position Summary Interpret drawings, and CAD/CAM files to create precise CNC programs. Develop, test, and optimize G-code for multi-axis machining centers. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters to maximize efficiency and part quality. Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot machining issues and refine manufacturing processes. Perform first-quality inspections and adjust programs to meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Maintain and update CNC program libraries, ensuring version control and documentation accuracy. Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times, scrap rates, and tooling costs. Train and mentor operators on program execution, setup procedures, and best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and prototype development. Must be able to setup and operate all equipment in CNC Facility Equipment & Work Environment Manufacturing/office environment Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in CNC programming, a computer-related field or a mechanical field. Experience with programming and knowledge of electronics and machine tools is required.
