<strong>FLT Counterbalance Driver – Automotive Plastics (Warehouse/Production)</strong><br><br><br> <br> We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy plastics manufacturing site within the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, ongoing work in a supportive and friendly environment.<br><br><br> <br> <strong>Key Requirements:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)</li><ul><li>Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred</li><li>Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious</li></ul></ul><br><br> <br> <strong>Duties May Include:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Loading and unloading goods</li><ul><li>Supplying production lines with materials</li><li>Operating Forklift Counterbalance</li><li>General warehouse duties as required</li></ul></ul><br><br><strong>Hours of Work (Rotating Double Days):</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Week 1:</strong><br><br> Monday to Thursday: 5:40am – 1:50pm<br>Friday: 5:40am – 11:30am</li></ul><br><ul><li><strong>Week 2:</strong><br><br> Monday to Thursday: 1:40pm – 9:50pm<br>Friday: 11:20am – 5:10pm</li></ul><br><br><strong>Pay Rates:</strong><br><br><ul><li>£12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks)</li><ul><li>Increasing to £14.24 per hour after 12 weeks</li></ul></ul><br><br> <br> <strong>What’s on Offer:</strong><br><ul><li>Ongoing, long-term opportunity</li><ul><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Friendly and supportive working environment</li></ul></ul><br><br> If you have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence and are looking for stable, long-term work, apply now.
