Concrete Project Manager

<p><strong>Project Manager – Concrete Construction</strong> <em>Kansas City Metro | Full-Time, Onsite</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Job</strong></p> <p>We're a concrete construction company looking for a Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. This role is fully onsite in the KC metro area — no remote or hybrid option.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage concrete projects from planning through completion</li> <li>Handle schedules, budgets, and subcontractors</li> <li>Work closely with clients, engineers, and site superintendents</li> <li>Run project meetings and keep everyone on the same page</li> <li>Visit job sites to check progress, quality, and safety</li> <li>Spot problems early and solve them quickly</li> <li>Report progress to clients and leadership</li> <li>Make sure every project meets code and safety standards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equal experience)</li> <li>Experience managing concrete construction projects</li> <li>Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and equipment</li> <li>Good leadership and communication skills</li> <li>Comfortable with Procore, Primavera, or MS Project, plus Microsoft Office</li> <li>Organized and able to manage several projects at once</li> <li>OSHA certification</li> </ul>
