About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Clinical Systems Specialist III – Epic Willow Ambulatory

to support, build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications for ambulatory pharmacy services.

This position is ideal for a

BSN-prepared healthcare professional who has transitioned into Epic/healthcare IT

and has hands-on experience building and supporting

Epic Willow Ambulatory

.

You will serve as a subject matter expert connecting clinical and pharmacy workflows with Epic technology. You will work closely with nursing, pharmacy, clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate workflow requirements into effective Epic solutions.

This is a

clinical IT role—not a bedside nursing position

. Your BSN provides the clinical foundation for understanding workflows, while your Epic Willow Ambulatory experience provides the technical expertise needed for the role.

Required Qualifications Education

BSN REQUIRED

• 
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  
• 
  The BSN must be from an accredited nursing program
  
• 
  A general bachelor's degree or unrelated healthcare degree does not satisfy this requirement
  
• 
  Active RN license is not required
  
• 
  Clinical informatics, healthcare IT, computer science, or related additional education is a plus
  

Epic Willow Ambulatory

EPIC WILLOW AMBULATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 
  Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required
  
• 
  Candidates must have an active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or meet the applicable certification requirements for the position
  
• 
  Hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience required
  
• 
  Experience configuring and supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory in a production healthcare environment required
  
• 
  Experience with testing, implementation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization required
  

Professional Experience

• 
  5+ years of healthcare application support experience
  
• 
  Experience working with Epic applications in a healthcare environment
  
• 
  Experience supporting clinical, pharmacy, or ambulatory workflows
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to translate clinical/operational requirements into Epic solutions
