Service Manager - Supported Living - Young People
Location: North West - Bury / Blackburn / South Manchester
Salary: £35,000-£38,000 per Annum
Hours: Full-Time
PSR Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a progressive care provider to recruit a Service Manager to oversee Supported Living services for young people aged 16-18 across Bury, Blackburn and South Manchester areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support for young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including care leavers.
- Develop and review individual care plans to maximise independence and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, OFSTED and company standards, maintaining inspection readiness.
- Build positive relationships with Local Authorities, Commissioners and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate care records, risk assessments and incident reports.
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' management experience within a young people's supported living service or children's home - experienced Deputies looking to step up are encouraged to apply.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards it).
- Strong knowledge of CQC, OFSTED and relevant legislation.
- An inspiring leader with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
