Full Stack React/Node.js Developer

NSS is a WOSB specializing in Robotic Process Automation located in Herndon, VA. We are actively hiring a Full Stack ReactNode.js Developer to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.<br /> <br /> <strong><u>Clearance:</u></strong> Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. (Preference given to current ICE clearance). Must be a US Citizen.<br /> <br /> <strong><u>Full Stack React/Node.js Developer</u></strong><br /> <strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong> <ul> <li>Experienced full stack application developer  </li> <li><strong><u>Minimum of 3 years</u></strong> of professional experience in a development environment</li> <li>Experience with React UI or related UI frameworks (Angular)</li> <li>Experience with Node.js</li> <li>Experience with AWS Cloud Tools</li> <li>Ability to understand complex business processes and how they relate to the systems supporting them</li> <li>Aptitude for picking up technology quickly along with a desire to learn and progress</li> <li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded</li> <li>Demonstrates a passion for solving complex software challenges, and enjoys working team collaboration</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> </ul> <strong>Preferred Skills and Experience:</strong> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Node.js (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with AWS Lambda (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with the SPA concept and libraries (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with agile and DevOps tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Cloudbees, React Testing Library, Jest (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with relational database structures, and Dynamo DB (preferred)</li> </ul>
