Behaviour Support Mentor – Corby

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to work within a specialist setting in Corby. This full-time role is available from September 2026 and offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils to manage behaviour and emotions effectively
• Deliver behaviour intervention programmes
• Act as a positive role model for students
• Work closely with pastoral teams and teaching staff
• Record and monitor behavioural progress

Pre-requisites:

• Previous experience supporting young people with behavioural needs
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive professional relationships
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
• Two references within the last two years from a related field
