You will work with advanced CNC grinding machines and are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring these machines. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you play a direct role in delivering top-quality finished products. You will also perform quality checks and actively contribute ideas for process improvements to ensure continuous optimization of production. Your typical day starts with loading the correct programs and data into the CNC machines. You monitor the production process, detect any deviations, and intervene when necessary. You will work closely with an international team where precision, teamwork, and professionalism are key.
