<p><strong><em><u>Customer Support Specialist (Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage)</u></em></strong><p>Location: Wenonah, NJ<p>Duration: Approximately 3–5 months<p>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM<p>Work Environment: Small law office (team of 4)<p><u>Job Description</u><p>We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support a local law office during a maternity leave. This temporary role will serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, scheduling, and intake while providing a compassionate and professional experience to individuals seeking legal assistance.<p>This position is ideal for someone comfortable handling sensitive situations and who can communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism.<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and social media channels</li><li>Complete client intake forms to accurately collect and validate information</li><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for legal staff</li><li>Perform initial qualification of clients for legal services</li><li>Support basic social media posting and client engagement efforts</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal legal counsel</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul><p><u>Qualifications</u><p>Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience<p>Strong verbal and written communication skills<p>Ability to handle emotionally sensitive client situations with empathy and patience<p>Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, small-office environment<p>Basic computer skills; experience with scheduling systems or intake documentation is a plus<p><u>Why This Role</u><p>Short-term opportunity (3–5 months) with a predictable weekday schedule<p>Collaborative, close-knit office environment<p>Meaningful work supporting clients during critical moments</p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract position based out of Wenonah, NJ.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
