<h2>Service Sales Manager – Power, Petrochemical & Energy</h2>
<p>UK (Hybrid + Travel) | Full-Time | Permanent</p>
<p>We are currently partnering with a <strong>global engineering manufacturer</strong> to recruit a <strong>Service Sales Manager</strong> focused on developing <strong>aftermarket and service revenue streams</strong> across key energy and industrial sectors.</p>
<p>This is a strategic role centred on <strong>building long-term relationships with end users</strong>, driving recurring revenue through <strong>maintenance contracts, upgrades, and lifecycle services</strong>.</p>

<p>Our client is a leading international provider of <strong>thermal and process engineering solutions</strong>, supporting critical infrastructure across power generation, petrochemical, and industrial energy markets.</p>
<p>With a strong installed base globally, they are investing heavily in <strong>aftermarket and service offerings</strong>, helping clients improve performance, extend asset life, and reduce downtime.</p>

<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>As Service Sales Manager, you will focus on <strong>developing and growing service-based revenue</strong> across an established customer base, working directly with <strong>plant operators and asset owners</strong>.</p>
<p>You will identify opportunities for <strong>maintenance agreements, retrofits, upgrades, spare parts, and performance improvements</strong>, positioning the business as a long-term service partner.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing relationships with <strong>end users across power, petrochemical, and industrial energy sectors</strong></li>
<li>Driving <strong>service contracts, maintenance agreements, and aftermarket sales</strong></li>
<li>Identifying opportunities for <strong>upgrades, retrofits, and plant optimisation</strong></li>
<li>Managing and growing an existing <strong>installed base of equipment</strong></li>
<li>Acting as a trusted advisor on <strong>reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle management</strong></li>
<li>Conducting site visits and technical discussions with plant teams</li>
<li>Working closely with service, engineering, and operations teams</li>
<li>Managing a pipeline of service opportunities and reporting on performance</li>
<li>Supporting contract negotiations and long-term agreements</li>
</ul>
<h2>The Candidate</h2>
<p>We are looking for a commercially driven individual with experience in <strong>service or aftermarket sales within industrial or energy sectors</strong>.</p>
<h3>Essential:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>service sales / aftermarket / contract sales</strong></li>
<li>Experience selling directly to <strong>end users / plant operators</strong></li>
<li>Background in <strong>power, petrochemical, or industrial process environments</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle</strong></li>
<li>Excellent relationship-building and account management skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue streams</li>
<li>Willingness to travel across customer sites</li>
</ul>

<li>Base salary to £70,000</li>
