<ul data-start="1170" data-end="1626">
<li data-section-id="g1ton" data-start="1170" data-end="1278">Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs for healthcare and wellbeing projects</li>
<li data-section-id="a26ag9" data-start="1279" data-end="1343">Produce high-quality technical drawings, details, and models</li>
<li data-section-id="1q4104c" data-start="1344" data-end="1403">Support the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages</li>
<li data-section-id="173zrzf" data-start="1404" data-end="1486">Collaborate with senior architects, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li data-section-id="1j9hr72" data-start="1487" data-end="1552">Participate in client meetings, workshops, and design reviews</li>
<li data-section-id="1mq635e" data-start="1553" data-end="1626">Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards</li>
</ul>

<p data-start="1652" data-end="1693"><strong data-start="1652" data-end="1691">For Part 2 Architectural Assistant:</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="638ko3" data-start="1694" data-end="1750">RIBA Part 2 qualified with a strong design portfolio</li>
<li data-section-id="17d80ir" data-start="1751" data-end="1818">Design-led with excellent presentation and communication skills</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1820" data-end="1857"><strong data-start="1820" data-end="1855">For Architectural Technologist:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1858" data-end="2008">
<li data-section-id="15s9bqu" data-start="1858" data-end="1923">Degree/HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related field</li>
<li data-section-id="p886a6" data-start="1924" data-end="2008">Strong technical knowledge and experience in producing detailed drawing packages</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2010" data-end="2025"><strong data-start="2010" data-end="2023">For both:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="2026" data-end="2362">
<li data-section-id="x337gh" data-start="2026" data-end="2093">Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g. Revit preferred)</li>
<li data-section-id="7camo3" data-start="2094" data-end="2170">Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods</li>
<li data-section-id="12z3m9x" data-start="2171" data-end="2235">Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team</li>
<li data-section-id="1nz8txk" data-start="2236" data-end="2305">Passionate about healthcare, wellbeing, and people-centred design</li>
