New Grads + Early Talent Internships Meritocracy Fellowship Valley Forge Grants NEW GRADS + EARLY TALENT Whether you're fresh out of university or a few years into your career, you'll be treated like any other Palantirian as soon as you walk through the door. You will work on small, decentralized teams that will give you the ability to have high ownership, but also receive support as you navigate your early career. Eligibility Early talent opportunities are open to students who will graduate from their program in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, or folks with less than six months of industry experience. FAQs Where are New Grads based? What are the relocation benefits? New Grads are located across all of our offices including New York, Washington, DC, Palo Alto, Seattle, & London. This differs from role to role; your Recruiter can give you further insight on where you could possibly land. Palantir will cover relocation costs for those who qualify! In order to qualify for relocation, you must be moving to a Palantir office 50 miles or further from your current home. How are New Grads placed on teams? Team placement at Palantir is heavily contingent on the information gathered during the interview process including your experiences, interests, motivations, as well as what Palantir as a business needs. We think of team matching as a Venn Diagram, with one side of the diagram being YOUR experiences, areas of expertise, strengths and interests, and the other side being the business needs of Palantir at any given point. As needs are constantly evolving, we hope to find that middle of the Venn Diagram - the intersection between yourself and Palantir! What qualities is Palantir looking for in a New Grad hire? It’s very important for our New Grads to be independent problem solvers and able to communicate technical concepts effectively. We’re looking for people who are motivated by our mission and enthusiastic about making a lasting impact. What does career growth look like at Palantir? What is the difference between a Software Engineer and Forward Deployed Software Engineer? Software Engineers (Devs) are part of our Product Development org — think of a more traditional-style of software engineering role. Forward Deployed Software Engineers (Deltas) are part of our Business Development org, and their mandate is to achieve technical and operational outcomes for our customers.
