<p><strong>Regional Operations Manager </strong><br /><strong>Southern Region (multi-site)</strong><br /><strong>Up to £55,000 + bonus (DEO)</strong><br /><strong>Full-time – 40 hours</strong></p>
<p>A well-established, privately owned environmental services business is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and grow its Southern operations.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, improving efficiency, and developing both customer relationships and internal teams.</p>

<li>Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs</li>
<li>Ensure high standards of service and compliance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong leadership experience within transport, waste, or logistics</li>
<li>Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and retention</li>
<li>Highly organised with a proactive approach</li>
<li>CPC desirable but not essential</li>
</ul>
