There&apos;s even a dedicated quiet space for nervous dogs 🐶, and a well-equipped, comfortable staff room.</p> <p>Sustainability is genuinely embedded into the fabric of the building — from recyclable flooring and acoustic panelling through to energy-efficient LED lighting and air source heat pumps.</p> <p>The practice sits within a well-connected Worcestershire town, with direct train links to Birmingham and easy access to green spaces and local amenities.</p> <p>The team includes a Practice Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager, and an experienced group of vets and nurses — all working collaboratively and committed to compassionate, high-quality care.</p> <hr> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>This is a permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon position, offered on a full-time basis (40 hours across 4 days) with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
