We are looking for a Programme Manager with strong experience in retail banking or finance and software delivery and development. This role is a London based permanent opportunity that requires up to 3 days in their offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies.
- Lead engagement with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Establish and run effective governance forum, ensuring that decisions are timely and aligned to business priorities.
- Build, manage and hold to account third-party partners,ensuring commitments are met.
- Actively challenge and influence stakeholders to drive outcome based activity.
- Lead delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Oversee Agile delivery.
- Plan and execute customer centric transition and cutover activities.
- Build, lead, and coach delivery teams
- Create a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:- Proven experience delivering customer centric programmes in a retail banking environment.
- Mastery of project management lifecycles, with the ability to tailor delivery styles to the needs of each project.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery.
- Deep practical knowledge of Agile delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
- Demonstrable ability managing third-party relationships.
