CNC Wood Machinist to join their dynamic team in Stockport.
🔧 About the Role
As a CNC Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Converting measurements from metric to imperial
- Operating CNC machinery on materials such as MDF and laminate
- Cutting and edging components for cabinets and fittings
- Working to tight tolerances with precision and care
This is a hands-on role where meeting deadlines is essential due to the nature of client projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values good working practices and continuous improvement.
👷 What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar woodworking or CNC environment
- Strong understanding of machine setup and operation
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
