ACCOUNT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL BANKING, AGRICULTURE

Our client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture for Southwestern Ontario.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, Ontario, the Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture will manage a portfolio of clients and provide client support within the agribusiness community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement business development strategies to ensure sustained growth in agriculture
• Perform analyses of your protfolio to identify oppportunities for clients' changing needs
• Establish trust-based relationships with colleageus and collaborate with your team
• Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients
• Understand the general issues specific to the various agriculture production sectors
• Particpate in targeted industry activities to generate contacts and grow your network

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in banking and credit indsutry is an asset
• Aptitude for sales and business development
• Confident, independent thinker and self-motivated
• Knowledge and involvement in the agriculture industry
