High Reach Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)

High Reach Forklift Operator on 2nd shift, you’ll safely operate a
reach truck at elevated heights to pick orders, replenish inventory, retrieve and organize materials, and help maintain a clean, productive warehouse environment. Located in Winston-Salem, close to Kernersville and Colfax, if you’re an experienced reach truck operator who’s comfortable in a fast-paced distribution setting, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Required Skills
- Previous reach truck experience required (no exceptions)
- Ability to safely operate a Crown reach truck to lift, stack, move, and store products/materials
- RF scanner usage proficiency (preferred, but core duties require accurate order picking)
- Ability to pick customer orders and support inventory movement accurately
- Experience locating, pulling, consolidating, moving, and replenishing cartons and pallets
- Ability to retrieve empty pallets from rack locations and stack/organize in designated areas
- Barcode scanning and accurate tracking of inventory movements
- Strong commitment to powered industrial truck safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure forklift batteries are plugged in and charging during breaks, lunch, and at the end of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfort working at elevated heights in a warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
- Must successfully complete Resource forklift training and an onsite equipment evaluation
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience using RF scanners
- Familiarity supporting additional warehouse functions such as material handling and general warehouse duties
Preferred Education and Experience
- Preferred experience: Prior reach truck operator experience (required for the role)
Other Requirements
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am
- Must be able to complete Resource forklift training and pass an onsite equipment evaluation
- Follow all safety and inventory accuracy expectations to support daily operations
