<li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in urban planning, architecture, geography, or a related field.</li>
<li>A proven track record in urban planning, with experience in leadership and project management.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of planning principles, land use regulations, and urban development trends.</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build consensus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in GIS software, urban modeling tools, and other planning technologies.</li>
