Lab Specialist Quality Control - Transfers

Job Description:
As a Lab Specialist Quality Control - Transfers, you are responsible for coordinating the transfer of biological and analytical test methods to the Quality Control laboratory in Boxmeer. You oversee the planning, progress, and implementation of various transfer projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with GMP guidelines. While a laboratory background is important for a solid understanding of the tests, the primary focus of the role is on project management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the transfer of biological and analytical test methods

• Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting transfer schedules

• Acting as a liaison between R&D, QC laboratories, and international stakeholders

• Ensuring the correct implementation of test methods within the QC laboratory

• Monitoring GMP compliance throughout the transfer process

• Identifying risks, escalating bottlenecks, and proposing solutions

• Supporting change management and process improvements

• Overseeing the successful transfer of methods to the operational QC environment

Profile:

• Completed Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's (WO) degree in (Micro)biology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field

• Experience within a GMP or GLP environment, preferably in a QC laboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing

• At least 2 years of work experience, including demonstrable experience working on a project basis

• Strong knowledge of biological and/or analytical testing methods

• Experience with project management and stakeholder management

• Experience with change management is a plus

• Lean Six Sigma or Yellow Belt certification is a plus

• Experience with SAP and/or LIMS is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus

Employment conditions:

• Salary: €3,400 - €5,400 gross per month (depending on education and experience)

• Contract: Via Oxford Global Resources

• Temporary assignment running until December 31, 2026

• Minimum of 32 hours per week; preference for 40 hours

• Full-time on-site in Boxmeer during the onboarding period; option for one day of remote work per week thereafter
