<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva" data-mce-mark="1"><strong>About the Role</strong></span><br /><span style=", geneva" data-mce-mark="1">Integra People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an experienced Construction Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation delivering a wide range of high-quality projects across both public and private sectors.</span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva">As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering construction projects from concept through to completion. Acting as the key day-to-day client interface, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<li><span style=", geneva">Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and programmes</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Manage procurement of materials, labour, and resources efficiently</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and contractual requirements</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Produce and present regular project reports to senior management and clients</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Work closely with the commercial team to ensure effective cost management</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Oversee quality control and adherence to design specifications</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Manage site teams where required, including resource planning and performance management</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Capture key project learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Maintain strong financial oversight across all project stages</span></li>

<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style=", geneva"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p>

<li><span style=", geneva">Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Good IT proficiency</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</span></li>
<li><span style=", geneva">Full UK driving licence</span></li>
