About the Role
We are delighted to be working with a beautiful countryside estate in Gloucestershire that offers exclusive use for weddings and events and hosts a variety of conferences. Their kitchen is passionate about fresh, seasonal produce, and they’re now looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their friendly brigade.

£30,000 per annum
Working 40 hours per week, straight shifts
Paid overtime or time off in lieu
Weekends off during the winter months

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
Running your designated section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Supporting junior chefs and helping maintain a positive team environment
Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to support smooth kitchen operations
You’ll lead your own section and deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented dishes. Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills, contribute ideas, and take real pride in your work.
