About the Role
<p><strong>IT Test Manager needed in Hull Paying £350 per day ref 376656</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, implement and maintain a shared testing strategy</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a testing roadmap for key systems, identifying dependencies and recommending appropriate testing approaches.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain testing standards, procedures, scripts, schedules, and governance frameworks.</li>
<li>Manage all testing activities including:
<ul>
<li>Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)</li>
<li>Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)</li>
<li>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</li>
<li>Regression Testing</li>
<li>Upgrade and Patch Testing</li>
<li>Performance and Stress Testing</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Lead test scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across projects and programmes.</li>
<li>Coordinate testing resources and ensure testing activities are appropriately prioritised and delivered.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Change Managers, Technical Teams, and Business Users.</li>
<li>Provide expert advice on testing activities throughout project and change lifecycles.</li>
<li>Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and test completion reports to senior stakeholders and governance boards.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Test Leads and Test Support staff.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative testing practices and methodologies.</li>
<li>Support IT Change and Release Management processes to ensure successful deployments.</li>
