As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will help keep the property safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for guests and staff. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems operating properly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition
• Follow safety procedures and document completed maintenance tasks
