My journey at UNITY began in 2013 as a consultant and trainer. Today, I am responsible for the Learning & Development area – a field that, for me, represents the ideal combination of strategic thinking, creative freedom, and personal development. A key theme in my professional life is balancing responsibility with everyday life.
I work part-time and carry responsibility – and it's this combination that I particularly appreciate at UNITY. Here, I have the freedom to combine my career and family life. Together with my husband, our three children, and our dog, family is an essential part of my life. That UNITY enables this model is, for me, a symbol of a culture of trust, flexibility, and clear results orientation.
The often-quoted UNITY Spirit is something I can truly feel – in everyday work, in training sessions, as well as at company events. This environment creates the foundation for my continuous personal growth.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my family – whether on small exploration trips or on big summer camping journeys that take us all over the world.
