We are working with a primary school in the Hastings/Bexhill area that is on a clear journey of improvement and is seeking committed KS2 Teachers to be part of that progress. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are passionate about raising standards and making a meaningful difference in the classroom.
The Role:
Teaching within KS 2
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including some challenging behaviours
Establishing clear routines and strong behaviour management strategies
Contributing to a positive and improving school culture
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (or be an ECT)
Be resilient, confident and consistent in managing behaviour
Have a strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and phonics
Be committed to raising attainment and pupil outcomes
Be proactive, adaptable and a strong team player
Have a DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Have UK classroom experience
