Job Description
Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes
Interpret GD&T requirements
Create detailed work instructions to support production
Focus on continuous improvement through process optimization
Tooling/workholding development and troubleshooting
Work closely with machinists to develop SOPs and correct manufacturing issues
Tooling and fixture design using Catia V5
Key Requirements
Aerospace High Precision Machining, or Medical or IATF(Automotive) experience
BS in Engineering with strong problem solving skills and engineering background
10+ years experience preferred
MASTERCAM required
Some 3D CAD for tooling/fixture design
