Senior Client Relationship Manager

This role as Senior Client Relationship Manager will provide strategic support to Partners across some of the firm’s most prestigious UK and global clients across several sectors. Your work will enable the lawyers to deliver a client experience that helps the firm stand out from competitors. The role will be involved in client management in a client facing capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing some of the strategic key accounts and implementing global development plans to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
- Conducting client listening and feedback, taking steps to improve and/or innovate systems and processes.
- Supporting key client panel pitches alongside the central pitch team and wider BD team.
- Working with the Client Management team on strategic projects to improve the client experience.
- Supporting the firm’s client secondments programme to ensure ROI is achieved.
The successful candidate will have experience in all elements of client relationship management, ideally in a law firm or similar professional services environment, such as accountancy or commercial real estate. In addition, you will demonstrate an ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, be able to influence and persuade, and have the gravitas to be client-facing.
