Health & Safety Officer – Southampton

We are pleased to be working with an established company based in Southampton who are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Officer to join their friendly team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of health & safety.  

Key Responsibilities of Health & Safety Officer:

• Manage and continuously improve the company’s Health & Safety systems and culture.


• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.


• Deliver training and guidance to staff on H&S and compliance matters.

  Ideal Health & Safety Officer:

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety


• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred
