<strong>Regional Retail & Operations Manager (North West London)<br></strong><br>Location: Alperton, Neasden, Wembley, Harrow, Heathrow, Cricklewood<br>Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Up to 20% Bonus + £5,000 Car Allowance + Mileage + Expenses<br><br>We are recruiting for an experienced <strong>Regional Retail & Operations Manager</strong> to lead a multi-site retail portfolio across North West London. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will have full accountability for <strong>regional performance, P&L management, sales growth, compliance, and operational excellence</strong>.<br>This role is ideal for a proven <strong>Regional Manager / Senior Area Manager / Multi-Site Manager</strong> who has managed a full <strong>region (not just an area)</strong> and is confident driving performance across 6+ stores.<br>The RoleYou will take ownership of a high-value region, ensuring each store delivers against commercial and operational targets while maintaining excellent standards and customer experience.<br><ul><li>Full responsibility for <strong>regional P&L (up to £16m)</strong> including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to senior leadership and ownership.</li><ul><li>Drive <strong>sales, revenue growth, and profitability</strong> across 6+ locations in North West London.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop <strong>Store Managers and their teams</strong> to maximise performance and engagement.</li><li>Create and deliver <strong>strategic and operational plans</strong> to grow the region and individual stores.</li><li>Conduct regular <strong>store visits, audits, and compliance checks</strong> to ensure standards, procedures, and customer service are consistently high.</li><li>Monitor and analyse <strong>KPIs and performance metrics</strong> to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Implement <strong>action plans</strong> to improve underperforming sites and optimise high-performing ones.</li><li>Work closely with HR on <strong>recruitment, performance management, and people development</strong>.</li><li>Ensure all stores meet <strong>health & safety, legal, and company policy</strong> requirements.</li><li>Prepare <strong>performance reports</strong> for the General Manager of Operations and Ownership.</li></ul></ul>About You<ul><li>Proven track record as a <strong>Regional Manager / Regional Retail Manager / Senior Area Manager</strong> in a multi-site retail or similar operational environment.</li><ul><li>Experience managing a <strong>region (not just an area)</strong>, overseeing <strong>6+ sites</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>commercial acumen</strong> with hands-on experience managing <strong>P&L up to £16m</strong>.</li><li>Evidence of delivering <strong>sales growth, profit improvement, and KPI achievement</strong> across multiple locations.</li><li>A proactive, visible leader with a <strong>coaching and performance-focused</strong> management style.</li><li>Confident with <strong>store visits, compliance, standards, and operational best practice</strong>.</li><li>Full UK driving licence; comfortable travelling across North West London.</li><li>Core hours Monday–Friday, with flexibility to be <strong>on-call 7 days</strong> as required.</li></ul></ul>Package<ul><li>Base salary <strong>£65,000–£70,000</strong> (depending on experience).</li><ul><li><strong>Bonus up to 20%</strong> of salary based on regional performance.</li><li><strong>£5,000 car allowance</strong> plus mileage.</li><li><strong>Expense account</strong>, laptop, and mobile phone.</li><li>High-impact role with significant <strong>autonomy and visibility</strong> across the business.</li></ul></ul>
