Quality Technician Opportunity in Clinton, NC Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working and reliable assembler with Quality control experience (or QA Tech) ensures products meet safety, compliance, and company standards by inspecting materials, conducting tests, and documenting results. Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, be responsible for identifying defects and suggest improvements. Duties and Responsibilities Fixture and tooling calibration.Receiving InspectionDrawing Rack AuditsQuality audits of departmental manufacturing processes.Training Check SheetsSample Inspection Reports (ISIR)Database Gatekeeper & data entry function: DA’s, 500 orders, CQR’s, MRNProcess material rejectionFunctional knowledge and use of the inventory management system.Facilitate quality feedback to affected departments.Perform all tasks as necessary, assist in other areas as needed. Education/Experience: Measuring skills Language Ability:Blueprint reading and interpretation. Math Ability:Proficient in mathematicsReasoning Ability:Ability to read and understand required documents- Computer Skills:Proficient in personal computer skills & Auto CADExperience/Education: High school diploma or GED is required, with prior manufacturing experience preferred.
