The organization operates numerous Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) nationwide and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient clinic in Glens Falls, New York.This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting with strong clinical support and a focus on continuity of care. Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care services Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform physical exams and preventive care visits Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Licensure & Certification Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license Current DEA registration Current BLS certification Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Malpractice coverage CME support Paid time off Outpatient-only practice Collaborative physician-led culture Thank you for your time, and I look forward to connecting soon!
