Clerk of the Works

Owners Project Management firm seeks candidates for Clerk of the Works positions in public and private building projects. Types of projects may include residential, office, higher education, healthcare, and unique government facilities such as public safety and courthouses. Candidates must have: Experience serving as Clerk of the Works on a least three building projects that have project values of at least $1 million, Demonstrated understanding of the quality assurance function, and Experience preparing daily and other required reports. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience as Clerk On five or more building projects, On at least one project with a value of at least $50 million, and On at least two public projects constructed using Chapter 149 or Chapter 149A.
