Logistics Manager Full-Time Miami, Florida 01/29/2026 Compensation: 70000.-80000. / Annually Benefit Offered: YES Our client, a global leader in aerospace engineering and manufacturing, has an immediate need for qualified Logistics Manager, to join our growing team in Miami.   Our candidate of choice will play a crucial role in communicating with both internal and external customers, ensuring the prompt movement of goods for internal and external purchasing, as well as services and customer support.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and oversee shipments via land, sea, and air from various global suppliers to U.S. destinations. Select, evaluate, and negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. Classify products accurately under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and stay current with evolving tariff regulations and trade agreements. Proactively track and implement new U.S. import regulations Prepare, review, and verify import documentation for accuracy and compliance. Ensure all relevant shipments comply with ITAR, EAR, and related defense and dual use regulations. Maintain controlled documentation and coordinate with compliance officers for licensing and authorization needs. Conduct internal checks to mitigate export/international shipping risks for defense related materials. Develop logistics strategies that reduce cost, improve lead time, and enhance supply chain responsiveness. Implement process improvements, digital tracking tools, and data-driven logistics solutions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to support production schedules and regulatory needs.  KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field 5+ years of logistics management experience with U.S. import operations. Expertise in tariff classification, U.S. Customs regulations, and global trade compliance. Strong working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and defense-related shipping requirements. Experience coordinating land, sea, and air freight from multiple international regions. Excellent analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.
