About the Role

We are currently recruiting Primary Teachers for a range of exciting opportunities across Harlow and the Epping Forest area starting September 2026.

With increasing demand from our partner primary schools, we are looking to connect with both experienced teachers and ECTs who are seeking their next role — whether that’s long-term, temp-to-perm or permanent positions.

We work closely with a variety of schools, from small, community-focused settings to larger, multi-form entry schools, allowing us to match you with a role that suits your teaching style and career goals.

Opportunities available include:

  • Full-time and long-term KS2 teaching roles
  • Temp-to-perm and permanent positions
  • Flexible placements across different year groups
  • Support with finding the right school fit

We’re looking for teachers who:

  • Hold QTS (or are due to qualify in 2026)
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or relevant placements)
  • Are confident in delivering engaging and structured lessons
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Are committed to pupil progress and development

What we offer:

  • Access to a wide network of local primary schools
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
  • Opportunities to secure your ideal role ahead of September
  • Competitive rates and clear progression pathways

If you’re starting to think about your next move for September 2026, now is the perfect time to get ahead of the market and explore your options.
