About the Role
<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">On behalf of a leading local retail design agency, we are looking for a talented Project Manager with a passion for delivering innovative and creative display solutions.</p>
<p>Working alongside the design team and reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate will use their POS/POP industry expertise and excellent project management skills to organise and deliver a fantastic final installation. You will be responsible for delivering assigned projects on scheme, within budget and to the highest standards.</span></span><br />

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Managing and running the fast turnaround of projects for luxury and high-profile brands, keeping to a specified timescale, quality and budget</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Taking responsibility for retail projects from design through to installation</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Recording and managing projects and variations of the project as they change</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Producing project timelines and schedules</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Liaising with and booking contractors and other external resources</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Liaising with the design team, installation team and all other key departments</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Problem solving and constantly supporting the production team</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Planning and prioritising a busy workload</span></span></li>

<span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Skills and experience required:</strong></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Extensive experience in a similar Project Management role within a retail design and installation business</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Thorough, in-depth knowledge of the retail design sector, with an up-to-date awareness of trends and industry developments</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Sound understanding of design and manufacturing processes (especially MDF / wood)</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Experience of using AutoCAD would be an advantage, although not essential</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Skilled at carrying a project through its critical path, reliably meeting deadlines</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Office</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Self-motivated, with a “can-do” approach to any challenge, and a commitment to finding solutions</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">A positive, proactive communicator, adept at negotiation</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Good organisation and time-management skills</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">A full, clean driving licence is necessary for the requirements of this role</span></span></li>
