Job Description
Ensure facility operations maintain full compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Champion sustainability goals and cultivate a strong safety and environmental culture across the plant
Lead and support employees in achieving EHS objectives and organizational targets
Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs to drive operational excellence
Manage environmental compliance across Air Emissions, Wastewater, Storm Water, Chemicals, and Hazardous Waste Disposal
Handle environmental permits, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation
Deliver EHS training to employees at all levels of the organization
Lead projects focused on waste reduction and water usage optimization
Monitor environmental performance metrics and maintain environmental management systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance and improve sustainability practices
Key Requirements
BS Degree required; EHS Degree or Engineering degree highly preferred
Minimum of 6+ years of EHS experience with a focus on environmental operations within a manufacturing environment
Title 5 Certification, Storm Water Permit, or Modern Discharge Permit experience highly preferred
