- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, information flows, and system integration principles.
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience in AI validation, testing, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.
- Experience working in environments where reliability, precision, compliance, and documentation are critical.
- Familiarity with rule-driven or highly controlled business processes.
- Experience designing UI/UX solutions for analytical, investigative, or decision-support workflows.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, and model monitoring practices.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
